These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Rental Panels ("we", "us", or "our"), including our website and SMM panel hosting services. By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
Rental Panels provides managed hosting for SMM (Social Media Marketing) panels. Our services include panel software deployment, hosting, API integrations, domain configuration, and customer support as outlined in your purchased plan.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the service with reasonable notice. Where possible, we will notify you in advance of significant changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
When you purchase a panel, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin credentials.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period selected (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). Your panel will remain active until the end of the paid period.
We do not offer automatic renewals unless explicitly agreed. You must contact us before your plan expires to renew service and avoid interruption.
You agree to use Rental Panels services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use our services to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your panel without refund.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are due before service delivery. We accept payments via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and other methods communicated at the time of purchase.
Once a payment is confirmed and panel setup has begun, all fees are non-refundable unless we have failed to deliver the agreed service due to an error on our part.
We reserve the right to update our pricing. Any price changes will apply to renewals and new purchases only — not to already-paid subscription periods.
Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once a panel has been set up and delivered. If there is a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, contact us via WhatsApp and we will work to resolve it promptly.
In exceptional cases where Rental Panels is unable to deliver the purchased service, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
We aim for high availability and maintain regular backups to minimise disruption. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control (including DDoS attacks or third-party provider failures) may cause temporary downtime.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
Your panel may connect to third-party SMM provider APIs to fulfil orders. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, or accuracy of services provided by these third parties. Any disputes with providers must be resolved directly with them.
We also integrate with third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for payment failures, delays, or disputes arising from these gateways.
All original content, software, design elements, and documentation created and provided by Rental Panels remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our platform or its components without prior written permission.
Your panel data — including user accounts, order records, and custom settings — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of content you create within your panel.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rental Panels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate the service relationship by providing notice. If you choose not to renew, your panel will be deactivated at the end of the paid period. You may request a data export before deactivation.
We may suspend or terminate your service immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise cause harm to our systems or other clients.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Pakistan.
